On up-rera.in you can search by project or promoter name to see the registration number, sanctioned plan, completion date, escrow bank and quarterly progress. Birla Estates Central Noida is not yet registered; do not book until it is.
This is a pre-launch project: the land deal was reported in October 2026 as being in advanced talks, and RERA registration, prices, unit sizes and possession dates are still awaited.
