Birla Estates announced a 5-acre co-development with Sikka Group in Greater Noida West in December 2025, and is reported to be acquiring ~10 acres in central Noida. The central Noida project is larger and sits in a more established location.
Birla Estates is the real-estate arm of Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd. (formerly Century Textiles). Media reports in October 2026 said it was in advanced talks to buy a ~10-acre plot in central Noida from the Shipra Group for nearly ₹1,000 crore — its second big Noida-region project after a 5-acre Greater Noida West co-development.
