Birla Estates Central Noida stands to benefit from the under-construction Chilla Elevated Road between Noida and Delhi.
The Chilla Elevated Road is being built from the Chilla regulator near Mayur Vihar towards Noida's Mahamaya flyover to ease congestion on the Noida–Delhi link. Reports in 2026 put it at roughly half complete with a target of mid-2027. Once open, it adds a third fast route to Delhi alongside the DND Flyway and the metro.
Central Noida is served by the Blue Line (Noida City Centre, Sector 52 and nearby stations) and the Aqua Line to Greater Noida, the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, the DND Flyway and the upcoming Chilla Elevated Road to Delhi.
