Central Noida broadly covers the established sectors around Noida City Centre, Sector 18 and the belt between the DND Flyway and the Expressway. It is the city's most connected and serviced zone, with metro lines, top schools, hospitals and malls.
Birla Estates is the real-estate arm of Aditya Birla Real Estate Ltd. (formerly Century Textiles). Media reports in October 2026 said it was in advanced talks to buy a ~10-acre plot in central Noida from the Shipra Group for nearly ₹1,000 crore — its second big Noida-region project after a 5-acre Greater Noida West co-development.
